OpenPeppol member
Abzer DMCC is publicly listed as an OpenPeppol member. This supports standards participation and member-category positioning.
Current verified claimThis ledger separates public verification, retained test evidence, implemented capability, external approval gates and production availability. Those states are related—but they are not interchangeable.
Each status describes a different kind of readiness. “Implemented” means a capability exists in the submitted or controlled platform baseline; it does not override customer configuration, accreditation, certificates or production access.
Abzer DMCC is listed by OpenPeppol in the member directory under AP and SMP member categories. Membership is not the same as certified production service.
Externally verifiedIntegration and conformance-related test evidence is retained for the submitted baseline. This page does not present that evidence as production certification.
Evidence retainedValidation, transformation and lifecycle handling are implemented against the controlled UAE baseline and remain subject to specification version management.
ImplementedSelf-Billed Invoice and Self-Billed Credit Note handling is included in the controlled UAE platform baseline.
ImplementedGeneration, status handling and reconciliation logic are implemented; FTA-facing production access and activation remain external dependencies.
Activation gatedOnboarding workflows and identifier controls are implemented. Entity data, endpoints, permissions and customer approvals remain programme-specific.
Customer dependentInvoice, credit-note, status, exception and reconciliation workflows are implemented or configurable in the platform baseline.
ImplementedThe accreditation process is in progress. Invocor is not represented as an accredited UAE eInvoicing Service Provider.
In progressNot live. Production operation remains subject to accreditation, production onboarding, certificates, authority access, customer testing and cut-over approval.
Not availableThese labels answer different questions: whether an organisation belongs to the standards community, whether a service is certified for a network role, and whether it is authorised for a specific national regime.
Abzer DMCC is publicly listed as an OpenPeppol member. This supports standards participation and member-category positioning.
Current verified claimA separate technical and governance state. Membership or internal test execution alone does not establish production certification.
Not claimed hereA country-specific status granted through the UAE accreditation process. Invocor’s application remains in progress.
Not yet grantedProduction is an end-to-end state. It requires the platform, provider permission, authority and network access, customer configuration, verified testing and authorised cut-over to align.
Formal UAE service-provider approval must be granted before accredited production service is represented.
Required provider, authority and ecosystem onboarding must complete in the production context.
Production credentials, trust material and access controls must be issued and activated.
Entity setup, mappings, integrations and positive and negative paths require customer-specific evidence.
Business, tax, technology and operations owners must approve the controlled move into production.
The sequence below records the state transition model. It avoids forecast dates because approval and access milestones depend on external review and activation.
The public member directory identifies Abzer DMCC under AP and SMP member categories. This is presented as membership—not production certification.
Technical test and conformance-related evidence is maintained for the submitted platform baseline, separately from production status.
The UAE implementation has been submitted into the accreditation pathway. Requested evidence, clarifications and review activities remain part of that process.
This milestone remains behind accreditation, production access, certificates, customer validation and cut-over approval.
External sources verify membership, accreditation requirements and published specifications. Product implementation and test evidence are maintained under Abzer’s controlled records.
